    Mana Lake Adventure Gravel Race

      1. 1. General Provisions

        1. The regulations specify the rules and conditions for participation in the Mana Lake Adventure Gravel Race cycling competition.
        2. The organizer of the competition is KS TRI TOUR, ul. Bukowska 41, 62-070 Dąbrowa, Poland, NIP 9721247020, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
        3. The competition will take place on October 11-12, 2025, in the Land of 100 Lakes and the Noteć Forest, with the base and finish at the Mana Lake center in Ławica.
        4. Purchasing a starter pack constitutes acceptance of these regulations.
        5. The purpose of the event is to promote sports, a healthy lifestyle, gravel cycling, and the landscape values of the region.
      1. 2. Race Characteristics

        1. Mana Lake Adventure Gravel Race is a two-day gravel cycling marathon (run on open roads), with no road closures.
        2. Stage I (11.10.2025) – loop of approx. 90–100 km.
        3. Stage II (12.10.2025) – loop of approx. 60 km.
        4. The start of both stages will take place at the Mana Lake center in Ławica.
        5. Event Program
        6. Distribution of starter packs: starter packs will be distributed at the Mana Lake base in Ławica
        7. Pack distribution hours:
          • Saturday 8:00 am – 10:00 am
        8. Saturday, 11.10.2025:
          10:30 WAVE START

          • Starts will be held in a wave format, meaning participants in groups of 10 will start every 3 minutes.
          • Assignment to the appropriate start group takes place during the registration form process.
          • Time limit – for each wave, the time limit is: 60 km distance – 5h
        9. Sunday, 12.10.2025:
          10:30 WAVE START

          • Starts will be held in a wave format, meaning participants in groups of 10 will start every 3 minutes.
          • Assignment to the appropriate start group takes place during the registration form process.
          • Time limit – for each wave, the time limit is: 100 km distance – 9h
        10. Participants will start in waves of 10 every 3 minutes.
        11. The race is self-supported. Participants complete the route without external support.
        12. Traffic is not restricted; participants are required to comply with traffic regulations.
      1. 3. Conditions of Participation

        1. The competition is open to adults who:
          • register via the organizer’s website form,
          • pay the entry fee,
          • pay a refundable deposit for the chip in cash at the race office,
          • accept the regulations,
          • sign a declaration of participation at their own risk.
        2. The participant must have a functioning gravel bike or another bike powered solely by muscle power.
        3. Wearing a helmet is mandatory throughout the entire race.
        4. The participant should have a GPS device or a smartphone with navigation and software for handling .gpx files.
      1. 4. Registration and Fees

        1. Registration is only available online via the organizer’s website.
        2. The entry fee depends on the registration date:
          • until May 31, 2025 – 300 PLN
          • until June 30, 2025 – 350 PLN
          • until August 31, 2025 – 400 PLN
          • September and last-minute registrations – 450 PLN
        3. The fee is non-refundable but can be exchanged for a voucher valid for 12 months.
        4. The starter pack includes:
          • race number,
          • GPS transmitter (to be returned after the race),
          • .gpx files with routes,
          • commemorative gadgets,
          • a recovery meal after both stages,
          • access to the integration bonfire (Saturday evening),
          • the option to have your bike washed after stage 1.
      1. 5. Race Rules

        1. Each participant agrees to:
          • complete the route according to the .gpx file,
          • not break the self-sufficiency rule,
          • not use external assistance (except in case of health or life-threatening situations),
          • comply with traffic regulations,
          • observe fair play principles and mutual assistance on the route,
          • not leave litter in the area.
        2. Participants will be equipped with GPS trackers, and their position will be visible online.
        3. The route will not be marked in the field. Navigation is based solely on .gpx files.
        4. Net time is measured individually for each participant from the moment of their start.
        5. A participant resigning from further riding is obliged to report this to the Organizer and return the tracker.
      1. 6. Classification and Awards

        1. The race classification will be held in the open women’s and men’s categories. Only women and men open finishing both stages of the competition will be awarded for places 1-3.
        2. Participants who complete both stages within the time limit will receive commemorative medals.
        3. The Organizer will provide material prizes for the fastest participants.
      1. 7. Organizer’s Commitments

        1. Ensuring safety during the event and communication with participants.
        2. Providing each participant with a starter pack.
        3. Providing .gpx files and GPS trackers.
        4. Providing technical facilities at the race base (bike washing, bonfire, portable toilets).
        5. Organizing a technical briefing before each stage.
        6. Cleaning up any litter left after the event.
      1. 8. Final Provisions

        1. Participants take part at their own risk and are fully responsible for their decisions on the route.
        2. The Organizer recommends having valid liability (OC) and accident (NNW) insurance.
        3. The participant agrees to the use of their image for the event’s promotional purposes.
        4. All changes and information will be communicated in official announcements on the website and social media.
        5. All participants, by entering the rally, agree to the publication of their image in event reports posted in the media and other promotional materials of the Organizer, Media Patrons, and Sponsors.
        6. All participants, by entering the rally, agree to the processing of personal data for purposes related to the rally as well as for marketing purposes of the Organizer, Media Patrons, and Sponsors.
        7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the start times depending on weather conditions and will inform participants via social media and email.
        8. The final interpretation of these regulations belongs to the Organizer.
    1. 9. Safety Rules

      1. The event is not a mass sporting event within the meaning of the Act of March 20, 2009, on the safety of mass events, nor is it an event causing traffic disruptions or requiring special use of the road, especially within the meaning of: a. Art. 65 of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law; b. The Act of March 21, 1985, on Public Roads.
      2. Each participant is required to travel the route designated by the Organizer in a way that does not result in the formation of an organized column of vehicles (bicycles) from a given group of Participants, as defined by Art. 32 section 1 point 2 and section 2 of the Road Traffic Law, i.e., a column of vehicles (bicycles) exceeding 15 vehicles (bicycles), and is also required to prevent a situation where the distance between any organized columns of vehicles (bicycles) of Participants is less than 200 m.
      3. Each participant is required to sign a Declaration stating they are participating in the rally at their own responsibility and risk.
      4. In case of serious injury or accident, you should first call the medical services or 112, and then notify the Organizer (by calling the organizer’s number).
