3. Date, Distance, Route

• The competition will take place on June 1, 2025, starting at 11:00 AM, rolling start.
• The starting point is located on the beach of Lake Jaroszewskie – shore start.
• The finish line is located on the athletics stadium of TKKF in Sieraków.

Part I of the competition:

• Swimming 950 m (Lake Jaroszewskie, 1 lap).
• Expected water temperature: 16°C.
• Time limit for completing the swimming stage – 60 min.

Part II of the competition:

• Cycling 45 km (2 laps x 22.5 km, route: TKKF Center, Poznańska St., Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia),
  moderately hilly route.
  Route measurement – GPS.
• HELMET MANDATORY. The entire route is closed to vehicular traffic.
• No-drafting rule applies – riding within 12 meters of another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bicycles are allowed.
• Time limit for completing the swimming and cycling stage – 3.5h.

Part III of the competition:

• Running 10.55 km (2 laps).
• Surface: forest paths and tartan.
• GPS route measurement.
• Time limit for completing the competition – 5h.

4. Entry Fee

Package includes:

• Timing chip

• Lifeguard supervision for the swimming stage

Refund Policy for Withdrawal:

• The entry fee is non-refundable unless the participant has purchased cancellation insurance
  or an option to transfer the fee to the following year.
• Participants may opt to pay a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the entry fee.
  This cancellation fee must be paid at the time of registration.
• Requests for withdrawal must be sent to kontakt@tritour.com.pl no later than 30 days before the event,
  with a final deadline of May 1, 2025.
  Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
• Upon approval of the withdrawal, a refund of the full entry fee,
  minus the cancellation insurance fee, will be processed within 60 days
  to the account from which the original payment was made.
  We will make every effort to process the refund sooner.
• Entry fees cannot be transferred to the following year.
• The full race package or any part of it cannot be collected by anyone other than the registered participant.
• Uncollected race packages will be forfeited if not picked up during official race office hours.
• Entry fees can be transferred to another participant by paying a 20 PLN administrative fee
  and covering the price difference if the current fee tier is higher (based on the day of transfer).
• Unclaimed race packages will not be mailed or available for pickup after the event.

• Athletes competing in the PRO category do not participate in age group competitions.
• What are the rules for granting a PRO license?
  1. The PRO license is issued to athletes in the junior or senior category who are eligible to hold an SSM/PRO license.
  2. The PRO license is also granted to athletes competing in the Age-Group category based on their sports performance during the current or previous season.

7. Participation Conditions

• Participants eligible to compete must be at least 18 years old on June 1, 2025, present identification during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a declaration of voluntary participation.
• Athletes registering for the event by filling out the online application form confirm their familiarity with the regulations and accept them. They also consent to the unlimited publication of their image in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer for the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków and events of the Ciech Tri Tour series.
• Each competitor must have a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either a single-use or annual license.
• Each competitor must follow the event’s Facebook profile – where important race-related updates will be posted.
• Competitors are allowed to participate both in the relay and individually at the same time. The condition is payment for participation in both events.

Prohibited Substances, Doping.


• The use of doping is prohibited.
• Athletes found to have used doping substances will be subject to penalties in accordance with anti-doping regulations established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
• Each competitor is required to undergo anti-doping testing during and outside of the competition, in accordance with the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sports (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).

8. Registration, Start List

• After registration, the payment for the participant’s package can be made immediately after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration via the electronic payment system tpay.com
• Once the registration form is completed and the entry fee is paid, the competitor will be added to the start list.
• The registration date is determined by the date of payment of the entry fee, which is understood as the date the funds reach the organizer’s account.
• The number of participants is limited to 500.
• Registrations will be accepted until April 30, 2025, unless the maximum number of participants on the start list is reached earlier.

9. Results

• Official results will be published on the organizer’s official website triathlonsierakow.pl
  

10. Personal Data Protection

1. KS TRI TOUR – TRI TOUR Sports Club, based in Dąbrowa, ul. Bukowska 41, 62-070 Dąbrowa, registered in the sports clubs registry by the Poznań District Governor under number EKS-175, REGON: 302592538; NIP: 9721247020, correspondence address: ul. Bukowska 41, 62-070 Dąbrowa.
2. The legal basis for processing participants’ personal data is Article 23(1)(3) of the Personal Data Protection Act and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract performance (accepting the regulations and registering for the event constitutes a contract).
3. Personal data of participants will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, i.e., organizing, preparing, conducting, and promoting the event.
4. Processing also includes communication with participants via email or SMS sent to the addresses or phone numbers provided during registration.
5. Data processing also includes publishing the participant’s image, name, and surname as well as the race results.
6. Providing personal data mentioned in sections 3 and 4 and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but failure to provide it prevents participation in the competition.
7. Participants have the right to:
   1. Access their data
   2. Rectify data
   3. Erase data
   4. Restrict data processing
   5. Withdraw consent to data processing
   6. Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
8. The exercise of rights under point 7 can be done by submitting a written request specifying violations and demands to the Administrator’s correspondence address or via email: dane@tritour.com.pl
9. The data controller does not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.
10. The controller will not transfer data to third parties unless necessary for contract fulfillment, based on participant consent, or as required by law.
11. The controller declares that security measures are in place to protect personal data from loss, destruction, or unauthorized modification.

12. Final Remarks

1. The organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, modify the start time, interrupt, or cancel the competition due to force majeure. Force majeure includes any external, sudden, and unavoidable event, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, a state of emergency, an epidemic, a pandemic, war, terrorist acts, strikes, the water level in the lake preventing swimming, new legal regulations, or administrative decisions preventing the organizer from conducting the competition.
2. In the event of the above-mentioned circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, participants are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any costs incurred in connection with participation.
3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration of any participant without providing a reason.
4. Participants who do not comply with these regulations may be disqualified.
5. The use of any communication devices, such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radios, or music players, is prohibited.
6. Participants must maintain a minimum distance of 12 meters between cyclists.
7. In the event of a bicycle failure, the participant must move to the roadside in such a way as not to obstruct the race.
8. Participation in the Pasta Party is free of charge for competitors. Entry to the technical briefing and Pasta Party is possible only by presenting the competitor’s wristband received during verification at the race office.
9. The organizer holds liability insurance for the event. Competitors may purchase additional accident insurance (NNW) at their own discretion.
10. During the competition, the organizer ensures medical assistance. Medical staff decisions regarding the continuation or withdrawal from the competition are final, and participants must comply.
11. The competition will be conducted according to the rules of the Polish Triathlon Association and these regulations.
12. Any disputes arising during the competition will be resolved by the jury.
13. Participants have the right to file a protest within 2 hours of disqualification or race completion, accompanied by a deposit of 100 PLN. If the protest is upheld, the deposit will be refunded.
14. The organizer is not responsible for participants’ equipment or belongings left unattended at the competition venue or lost.
15. In the event of theft or damage to equipment, the competitor must report the incident to the organizer and the police before leaving the transition area.
16. Participants are required to strictly follow the instructions and directives of the organizer and any security services responsible for the safety of the event.
17. Each participant is fully responsible for any damage they cause at the venue, both to other participants and to the organizer’s or third-party property.
18. The organizer has the right to exclude a participant from the race if their behavior poses a threat to other competitors or disrupts the smooth running of the event.
19. It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume any intoxicants, illegal substances, alcohol, or performance-enhancing drugs at the venue. Violators will be disqualified.
20. The organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations, provided that participants are informed of such changes in writing or during the technical briefing before the start of the competition.
21. Requests for VAT invoices must be submitted during the registration process by selecting the appropriate option in the registration form.
22. Race packets can only be collected during the official working hours of the race office. Unclaimed packets will not be issued or sent at a later date.
23. The transfer of a race packet to another person after collection is strictly prohibited. The organizer is not responsible for any consequences resulting from transferring a race packet to another individual.
24. The lost and found office operates for 30 days after the race. Items can be sent to participants at their expense.
25. Each participant is responsible for covering their own costs related to the race, including travel, accommodation, and meals.
26. The interpretation of these regulations belongs to the organizer.
27. Any matters not covered by these regulations will be decided by the organizer.

• Swimming 1900 m (Lake Jaroszewskie), 1 lap,
• Expected water temperature: 16°C.
• Time limit for completing swimming – 75 min

Part II:

• Cycling 90 km (4 laps x 22.5 km, along the route: TKKF Center, Poznańska St.,
  Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia) moderately undulating course.
  
  Course measurement – GPS.
• HELMET MANDATORY. The entire course is closed to vehicle traffic.
• Non-drafting race – riding closer than 12m behind another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bicycles are allowed.
• Time limit for completing swimming and cycling – 4.5h

Part III:

• Running 21.097 km (4 laps).
• Surface: forest trails and tartan track.
• Course measurement: GPS.
• Time limit for completing the race – 7h

4. Entry Fee

1. Payment is processed via tpay.com.

2. The first 1000 registered participants who complete payment by 30.11.2024 will receive a cycling jersey.

5. Refund Policy in Case of Withdrawal:

• Refunds are not available unless the participant has purchased withdrawal insurance or a fee transfer to the following year.
• A withdrawal fee of 20% of the entry fee can be paid only at the time of registration.
• Withdrawal requests should be sent to

  no later than May 1, 2025. Requests sent after this deadline will not be accepted.
• After submission, the full entry fee minus the withdrawal insurance fee will be refunded to the original payment account within 60 days. We strive to process refunds sooner whenever possible.
• Entry fees cannot be transferred to the following year.
• The race package (full or partial) can only be collected by the registered participant. It cannot be collected by another person.
• Any race package not collected during official registration hours will be forfeited.
• Entry fees can be transferred to another participant upon payment of a 20 PLN administrative fee and the difference between the initial and current registration fee.
• Unclaimed race packages will not be shipped, neither during nor after the event, and will be forfeited.

8. Participation Conditions

• Individuals who are at least 18 years old on 25.05.2024 are eligible to participate in the competition, provided they present a valid identity document during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a declaration confirming their voluntary participation.
• Competitors registering for the event via the official online registration form confirm that they have read and accepted the event regulations and consent to the unlimited territorial and time publication of their image in event photos or videos, as well as their name and surname on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer as part of the JBL Triathlon Sieraków promotion.
• All competitors must hold a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either a one-time or annual license.
• Every competitor is required to follow the event’s Facebook profile, where the most important race information will be posted.

• The starting point is located on the beach at Lake Jaroszewskie – shore start
• The finish line is located on the track and field stadium of TKKF in Sieraków

Part I of the race:

• swimming 1900 m (Lake Jaroszewskie, 1 lap),
• expected water temperature: 18-20°C,
• time limit for completing the swimming stage – 90 minutes

Part II of the race:

• cycling 90 km (4 laps), moderately undulating course.
  GPS course measurement.
• HELMET MANDATORY. The entire route is closed to traffic.
• The race follows a non-drafting format – riding less than 12m behind another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bicycles are allowed.
• Time limit for completing the swimming and cycling stages – 4.5 hours

4. Entry Fee for the Athlete Package

For the AQUABIKE competition – (Age-Group) at the (1.9-90) distance, the following fees apply:

• 490.00 PLN payable by 31.03.2025
• 570.00 PLN payable by 30.04.2025

5. Athlete Package

• After registration, payment can be made directly after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration through the electronic payment system tpay.com
  The entire payment process is determined by the payment operator, and the agreement is concluded with the entity indicated by the payment operator.
• There is an option to pay a cancellation fee for withdrawing from the event at a price of 20% of the entry fee for the athlete package. The cancellation fee can only be paid at the time of registration.
• A 100% refund of the registration fee applies only to the purchased package (registration fee) and does not include reimbursement of additional fees paid by the athlete (including the cancellation fee).

1. Participants (defined as those who start the event with the swimming stage) will receive a cycling jersey with the event logo. The gift is available only to the first 1000 participants who have registered for the event and paid for their athlete package no later than 30.11.2024. If the 1000-person limit is reached before November 30, 2024, participants registered and paid beyond this number will not receive a gift. Those who register by November 30 but do not complete the payment will not receive a gift.

The gadget is available only to those who participate in the event. Non-participants will not receive the gift. There is no possibility of collecting the gift through third parties or having it sent during or after the event.

6. Refund of the Athlete Package Fee in Case of Withdrawal:

• There is an option to pay a cancellation fee for withdrawing from the event at a price of 20% of the entry fee for the athlete package. The cancellation fee can only be paid at the time of registration.
• There is no possibility of a refund if the athlete has not purchased cancellation insurance or postponed the registration to the next year.
• Cancellation requests should be sent to kontakt@tritour.com.pl no later than 30 days before the start date, by May 1, 2025, at the latest. Cancellation requests sent after this date will not be accepted.
• After submitting a cancellation request, a full refund of the athlete package fee, reduced by the cancellation insurance, will be made to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of the request. However, we strive to process refunds as soon as possible.
• It is not possible to transfer the fee to the next year.
• It is not possible to collect the full or partial athlete package on behalf of another person unless they are the registered athlete listed on the start list.
• Unclaimed athlete packages during the working hours of the event office will be forfeited.
• There is an option to transfer the fee to another athlete by paying an administrative fee of 20 PLN and covering the difference in entry fees to match the current rate (on the date of data change).
• Unclaimed athlete packages are not sent either during or after the event and will be forfeited.

7. Classifications

1. Women's classifications and age categories for the aquabike 1.9-90 distance (determined by the year of birth, and for W 18, the condition is turning 18 on the race day)

• W AG 18 (18-29 years old)

8. Awards

• Competitors who place 1st-3rd in their age category in the men's or women's division will receive medals or trophies.
• Awards can only be collected during the final race awards ceremony.
• Trophies can only be collected during the final race awards ceremony.

9. Participation Conditions

• Participants must be at least 18 years old on May 31, 2025, present a valid identification document during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a declaration confirming their voluntary participation in the event.

Prohibited Substances, Doping.

• The use of doping is strictly prohibited.
• Athletes found to be using doping substances will be held accountable under the anti-doping regulations established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
• Every participant is required to undergo anti-doping control both during and outside of the competition in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Doping Act of April 21, 2017 (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).

10. Registration, Start List

• After completing the registration, the payment for the athlete's package can be made immediately after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration via the electronic payment system tpay.com
• After completing the registration form and paying the entry fee, the athlete will be placed on the start list.
• The registration date is determined by the date of payment of the entry fee, which is understood as the date the funds are received in the organizer's account.
• The participant limit is set at 500 people.

• Swimming 950 m (Lake Jaroszewskie), 1 lap,
• Expected water temperature: 16°C.

Part II of the competition:

• Cycling 45 km (2 laps x 22.5 km, route: TKKF Center, Poznańska Street, Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia) moderately hilly course.

• HELMET REQUIRED. The entire route is closed to traffic.
• Non-drafting competition – riding less than 12m behind another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bicycles are allowed.
• Time limit for swimming and cycling – 3.5h

Part III of the competition:

• Running 10.55 km (2 laps).
• Surface: forest paths and tartan.
• GPS course measurement.
• Time limit for completing the competition – 5h
• Each stage is completed by a different participant – the next stage starts when the timing chip wristband is passed in the transition area.

4. Entry Fee for the Participant Package

The fee applies to the entire relay team consisting of three people

The fee includes:

• Professional timing for each discipline and transition zones
• Waterproof race number
• Race number stickers for bike, helmet, and souvenir sticker

• Commemorative medal
• Professional medical security

5. Refund Policy for the Participant Package in Case of Withdrawal:

• A refund of the payment is not possible unless the participant has purchased cancellation insurance, nor can the fee be transferred to the next year.
• Withdrawal requests should be sent to

  within the strict deadline of:
  at least 30 days before the race date,
  no later than May 1, 2025. Withdrawal requests submitted after this date will not be accepted.
• Upon successful withdrawal, the full participant package fee, minus the cancellation insurance cost, will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of submission. However, we strive to process refunds earlier.
• The fee cannot be transferred to the following year.
• The full participant package or its parts cannot be collected by anyone other than the registered participant listed on the start list.
• Uncollected race packages will be forfeited if not picked up during registration office hours.
• The fee can be transferred to another participant upon payment of a handling fee of 20 PLN and covering any difference in entry fees up to the current price at the time of data change.
• Uncollected race packages will not be sent during or after the event and will be forfeited.

• A participant may compete in both the relay and individual events simultaneously, provided that they pay the entry fee for both competitions.

• Swimming 475 m (Lake Jaroszewskie), 1 lap.
• Expected water temperature: 16°C.
• Time limit for completing the swimming section – 75 minutes.

Part II of the competition:

• Cycling 22.5 km (1 lap x 22.5 km, route: TKKF Center, Poznańska Street, Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia) – moderately hilly course.
  
  GPS course measurement.
• HELMET MANDATORY. The entire course will be closed to traffic.
• The race follows a no-drafting format – cycling less than 12 meters behind another competitor is prohibited!
• All types of bicycles are allowed.
• Time limit for completing swimming and cycling – 1.5 hours.

Part III of the competition:

• Running 5.25 km (1 lap).
• Surface: forest paths and tartan track.
• GPS course measurement.
• Time limit for completing the entire race – 2.5 hours.
• Each stage is performed by a different person – the start of the next stage takes place after passing the chip band to the next competitor in the transition zone.

4. Entry Fee

The fee applies to the entire relay team consisting of three people

• There is no possibility of a refund if the participant has not purchased withdrawal insurance or opted for a transfer to the following year.

5. Refund of the Athlete’s Package Fee in Case of Withdrawal:

• It is possible to pay a withdrawal fee at the price of 20% of the athlete’s package fee. The withdrawal fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.
• A 100% refund of the registration fee applies to the purchased package (registration fee) and does not include a refund of any additional fees paid by the athlete (including the withdrawal fee).

  The athlete’s package must be collected by the parent or legal guardian of the registered child upon presentation of both their own and the child’s identification documents.

• Unclaimed packages after the deadline – WILL BE FORFEITED.
• Any package not collected before the start of the event will be forfeited.
• Account for payments:
  After completing the registration form on the website, the person registering the child will receive an individual payment link for the child.
• It is not possible to pay for another participant using the payment link provided during registration.
• A child’s registration for the event must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

7. Participation Conditions

• Any child born between 2011 and 2021 may participate in the event.
• Participation in the event requires the parent to sign a statement confirming the child’s health condition allows them to take part in the race, and that the child is competing under the parent’s responsibility.
• Registrations are accepted via the registration form available on the event’s official website.
• All participants must be verified at the Race Office before the event.
• During verification, participants should present a student ID or another document to confirm their personal details and age.
• A parent/legal guardian registering their child for the children’s race and signing the declaration confirms that the child’s health condition allows them to participate in sports competition involving intense physical effort. The parent also acknowledges that they permit their child to participate in the event at their own responsibility.
• In the event that any medical assistance is required during the race, decisions made by the medical staff regarding the continuation of the competition should be considered final.
• Participants registering for the event by completing the registration form on the official event website confirm their knowledge and acceptance of the regulations and consent to the publication of their image, name, and surname in promotional and advertising materials of the organizer for the promotion of the JBL Triathlon Sieraków event.
• The starter package includes:

The personal data of event participants will be used in accordance with the terms specified in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1–88, GDPR), the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data, other applicable legal regulations, and the Event Regulations.
7. Participants have the right to:
   1. Access their data
   2. Rectify their data
   3. Delete their data
   4. Restrict data processing
   5. Withdraw their consent to data processing, including their image, at any time
   6. Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding the processing of their data by the Data Administrator.
8. The exercise of rights under point 7 can be done by submitting a written indication of violations and specifying their requests, sent to the Administrator’s correspondence address or via email:

9. The Data Administrator does not transfer data to third countries or international organizations.
10. The Data Administrator will not transfer data to third parties unless their disclosure is necessary for the proper execution of the contract or data transfer is based on the participant’s consent or applicable legal provisions.
11. The Data Administrator declares that it applies solutions to secure processed personal data against loss, destruction, and unauthorized modification.
