2. After registration, the entry fee can be paid immediately or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration through the electronic payment system tpay.com.
The entire payment process is managed by the payment operator, and the contract is concluded with the entity designated by the payment operator.
3. Participants (a participant is defined as a person who starts the competition from the swimming stage) will receive a cycling jersey with the event logo.
The gift is available only to the first 1,000 participants who register for the event and complete their payment by November 30, 2024.
If the 1,000 participant limit is reached before November 30, 2024, those exceeding this number will not receive the gift.
Those who register by November 30 but do not complete the payment will not be eligible for the gift.
The gift is only for participants who take part in the competition.
Non-participants will not receive the gift, and there is no possibility of collection by third parties or shipping during or after the event.
4. Refund Policy for Withdrawal:
A refund is not possible if the participant has not purchased cancellation insurance or opted for a deferral to the next year.
There is an option to pay a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the entry package fee. This cancellation fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.
Cancellation requests must be sent to kontakt@tritour.com.pl no later than 30 days before the event, with a final deadline of May 1, 2025. Cancellation requests submitted after this date will not be accepted.
After submitting the cancellation request, the full amount paid for the entry package, minus the cancellation insurance fee, will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of the request. However, we strive to process refunds earlier whenever possible.
The entry fee cannot be deferred to the next year.
The full entry package or any part of it cannot be collected by anyone other than the registered participant listed on the start list.
Unclaimed entry packages during the designated office hours will be forfeited.
The entry fee can be transferred to another participant upon payment of a handling fee of 20 PLN and covering the difference in entry fees, based on the current fee tier on the date of data change.
Unclaimed entry packages will not be shipped during or after the event and will be forfeited.

7. Participation Conditions
The right to participate in the competition is granted to individuals who will be at least 18 years old on May 31, 2025, and who present an identity document during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a statement confirming their voluntary participation in the event. Individuals born between 2007-2010 may participate if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at the registration office, who must sign a statement accepting responsibility for their participation and pay the entry fee.
Participants registering for the event by completing the registration form on the event’s website confirm their knowledge and acceptance of the regulations and consent to the unrestricted use of their image in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name and surname in promotional and advertising materials for the JBL Triathlon Sieraków.
Each participant is required to hold a valid Polish Triathlon Association (PZTri) license – either a one-time or annual license.
A participant may compete both in the relay and in the individual competition at the same time, provided they pay the entry fee for both events.
Prohibited Substances, Doping:
The use of doping is strictly prohibited.
Participants found to be using prohibited substances will be held accountable according to the anti-doping regulations established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
Every participant is required to undergo anti-doping control both during and outside the competition, in accordance with the Act on Combating Doping in Sport of April 21, 2017 (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).
8. Registration, Start List
After completing the registration, the entry fee for the participant’s package can be paid either immediately after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration via the electronic payment system tpay.com.
Once the registration form is completed and the entry fee is paid, the participant will be placed on the start list.
The registration date is determined by the date of payment, which is considered the date the fee is credited to the organizer’s account.
The participant limit is 500 people.
Registrations are accepted until April 30, 2025, unless the maximum number of participants on the start list is reached earlier.
9. Results
Official results will be posted on the organizer’s official website triathlonsierakow.pl.

The legal basis for processing athletes’ personal data is Article 23, section 1, point 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act (UODO) and Article 6, section 1, letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – contract execution (accepting the regulations and registering for the competition constitutes contract conclusion).
Personal data of participants will be processed to fulfill the contract, including organization, preparation, execution, and promotion of the event.
Processing also includes communication with the participant through emails or SMS messages sent to the addresses or phone numbers provided during registration.
Data processing also includes the publication of the participant’s image, name, and the results achieved during the competition.
Providing personal data as mentioned in sections 3 and 4, and consenting to their processing, is voluntary. However, failure to provide them will prevent participation in the competition.

The administrator declares that security measures are applied to protect processed personal data against loss, destruction, and unauthorized modification.
12. Final Remarks
The organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, modify the start time, interrupt, or cancel the competition due to force majeure. Force majeure includes any external, sudden, and unavoidable event, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, a state of emergency, an epidemic, a pandemic, war, terrorist acts, strikes, the water level in the lake preventing swimming, new legal regulations, or administrative decisions preventing the organizer from conducting the competition.
In the event of the above-mentioned circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, participants are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any costs incurred in connection with participation.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration of any participant without providing a reason.
Participants who do not comply with these regulations may be disqualified.
The use of any communication devices, such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radios, or music players, is prohibited.
Participants must maintain a minimum distance of 12 meters between cyclists.
In the event of a bicycle failure, the participant must move to the roadside in such a way as not to obstruct the race.
Participation in the Pasta Party is free of charge for competitors. Entry to the technical briefing and Pasta Party is possible only by presenting the competitor’s wristband received during verification at the race office.
The organizer holds liability insurance for the event. Competitors may purchase additional accident insurance (NNW) at their own discretion.
During the competition, the organizer ensures medical assistance. Medical staff decisions regarding the continuation or withdrawal from the competition are final, and participants must comply.
The competition will be conducted according to the rules of the Polish Triathlon Association and these regulations.
Any disputes arising during the competition will be resolved by the jury.
Participants have the right to file a protest within 2 hours of disqualification or race completion, accompanied by a deposit of 100 PLN. If the protest is upheld, the deposit will be refunded.
The organizer is not responsible for participants’ equipment or belongings left unattended at the competition venue or lost.
In the event of theft or damage to equipment, the competitor must report the incident to the organizer and the police before leaving the transition area.
Participants are required to strictly follow the instructions and directives of the organizer and any security services responsible for the safety of the event.
Each participant is fully responsible for any damage they cause at the venue, both to other participants and to the organizer’s or third-party property.
The organizer has the right to exclude a participant from the race if their behavior poses a threat to other competitors or disrupts the smooth running of the event.
It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume any intoxicants, illegal substances, alcohol, or performance-enhancing drugs at the venue. Violators will be disqualified.
The organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations, provided that participants are informed of such changes in writing or during the technical briefing before the start of the competition.
Requests for VAT invoices must be submitted during the registration process by selecting the appropriate option in the registration form.
Race packets can only be collected during the official working hours of the race office. Unclaimed packets will not be issued or sent at a later date.
The transfer of a race packet to another person after collection is strictly prohibited. The organizer is not responsible for any consequences resulting from transferring a race packet to another individual.
The lost and found office operates for 30 days after the race. Items can be sent to participants at their expense.
Each participant is responsible for covering their own costs related to the race, including travel, accommodation, and meals.
The interpretation of these regulations belongs to the organizer.

The entry fee is non-refundable unless the participant has purchased cancellation insurance

Participants may opt to pay a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the entry fee.

Requests for withdrawal must be sent to kontakt@tritour.com.pl no later than 30 days before the event,
with a final deadline of May 1, 2025.
Requests submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
Upon approval of the withdrawal, a refund of the full entry fee,
minus the cancellation insurance fee, will be processed within 60 days

What are the rules for granting a PRO license?
The PRO license is issued to athletes in the junior or senior category who are eligible to hold an SSM/PRO license.
The PRO license is also granted to athletes competing in the Age-Group category based on their sports performance during the current or previous season.
7. Participation Conditions
Participants eligible to compete must be at least 18 years old on June 1, 2025, present identification during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a declaration of voluntary participation.
Athletes registering for the event by filling out the online application form confirm their familiarity with the regulations and accept them. They also consent to the unlimited publication of their image in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer for the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków and events of the Ciech Tri Tour series.
Each competitor must have a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either a single-use or annual license.
Each competitor must follow the event’s Facebook profile – where important race-related updates will be posted.
Competitors are allowed to participate both in the relay and individually at the same time. The condition is payment for participation in both events.

12. Final Remarks
The organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, modify the start time, interrupt, or cancel the competition due to force majeure. Force majeure includes any external, sudden, and unavoidable event, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, a state of emergency, an epidemic, a pandemic, war, terrorist acts, strikes, the water level in the lake preventing swimming, new legal regulations, or administrative decisions preventing the organizer from conducting the competition.
In the event of the above-mentioned circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, participants are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any costs incurred in connection with participation.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration of any participant without providing a reason.
Participants who do not comply with these regulations may be disqualified.
The use of any communication devices, such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radios, or music players, is prohibited.
Participants must maintain a minimum distance of 12 meters between cyclists.
In the event of a bicycle failure, the participant must move to the roadside in such a way as not to obstruct the race.
Participation in the Pasta Party is free of charge for competitors. Entry to the technical briefing and Pasta Party is possible only by presenting the competitor’s wristband received during verification at the race office.
The organizer holds liability insurance for the event. Competitors may purchase additional accident insurance (NNW) at their own discretion.
During the competition, the organizer ensures medical assistance. Medical staff decisions regarding the continuation or withdrawal from the competition are final, and participants must comply.
The competition will be conducted according to the rules of the Polish Triathlon Association and these regulations.
Any disputes arising during the competition will be resolved by the jury.
Participants have the right to file a protest within 2 hours of disqualification or race completion, accompanied by a deposit of 100 PLN. If the protest is upheld, the deposit will be refunded.
The organizer is not responsible for participants’ equipment or belongings left unattended at the competition venue or lost.
In the event of theft or damage to equipment, the competitor must report the incident to the organizer and the police before leaving the transition area.
Participants are required to strictly follow the instructions and directives of the organizer and any security services responsible for the safety of the event.
Each participant is fully responsible for any damage they cause at the venue, both to other participants and to the organizer’s or third-party property.
The organizer has the right to exclude a participant from the race if their behavior poses a threat to other competitors or disrupts the smooth running of the event.
It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume any intoxicants, illegal substances, alcohol, or performance-enhancing drugs at the venue. Violators will be disqualified.
The organizer reserves the right to amend the regulations, provided that participants are informed of such changes in writing or during the technical briefing before the start of the competition.
Requests for VAT invoices must be submitted during the registration process by selecting the appropriate option in the registration form.
Race packets can only be collected during the official working hours of the race office. Unclaimed packets will not be issued or sent at a later date.
The transfer of a race packet to another person after collection is strictly prohibited. The organizer is not responsible for any consequences resulting from transferring a race packet to another individual.
The lost and found office operates for 30 days after the race. Items can be sent to participants at their expense.
Each participant is responsible for covering their own costs related to the race, including travel, accommodation, and meals.
The interpretation of these regulations belongs to the organizer.
Any matters not covered by these regulations will be decided by the organizer.

The entire payment process is determined by the payment operator, and the agreement is concluded with the entity indicated by the payment operator.
There is an option to pay a cancellation fee for withdrawing from the event at a price of 20% of the entry fee for the athlete package. The cancellation fee can only be paid at the time of registration.
A 100% refund of the registration fee applies only to the purchased package (registration fee) and does not include reimbursement of additional fees paid by the athlete (including the cancellation fee).
1. Participants (defined as those who start the event with the swimming stage) will receive a cycling jersey with the event logo. The gift is available only to the first 1000 participants who have registered for the event and paid for their athlete package

If the 1000-person limit is reached before November 30, 2024, participants registered and paid beyond this number will not receive a gift. Those who register by November 30 but do not complete the payment will not receive a gift.
The gadget is available only to those who participate in the event. Non-participants will not receive the gift. There is no possibility of collecting the gift through third parties or having it sent during or after the event.
6. Refund of the Athlete Package Fee in Case of Withdrawal:
There is an option to pay a cancellation fee for withdrawing from the event at a price of 20% of the entry fee for the athlete package.
The cancellation fee can only be paid at the time of registration.
There is no possibility of a refund if the athlete has not purchased cancellation insurance or postponed the registration to the next year.

Participants must be at least 18 years old on May 31, 2025, present a valid identification document during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a declaration confirming their voluntary participation in the event.
By completing the registration form on the event website, participants confirm their knowledge and acceptance of the regulations and agree to the unlimited territorial and time publication of their image on photos or videos from the event, as well as their name and surname on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer within the promotion of the JBL Triathlon Poznań event and the Ciech Tri Tour series.
Each participant is required to have a valid Polish Triathlon Federation license – either a one-time or annual license.
Prohibited Substances, Doping.
The use of doping is strictly prohibited.
Athletes found to be using doping substances will be held accountable under the anti-doping regulations established by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
Every participant is required to undergo anti-doping control both during and outside of the competition in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Doping Act of April 21, 2017 (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).

12. Uwagi końcowe
Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do skrócenia, zmiany trasy, zmiany godziny startu, przerwania lub odwołania zawodów z uwagi na zaistnienie siły wyższej. Przez siłę wyższą należy rozumieć każde zdarzenie o charakterze zewnętrznym, nagłym, któremu nie można zapobiec, w szczególności: trudne warunki atmosferyczne, klęski żywiołowe, stan wyjątkowy, epidemię, pandemię, wojnę, akty terroru, strajki, stan wody w zbiorniku wodnym niepozwalający na kąpiele, nowe akty prawne lub decyzje władz administracyjnych uniemożliwiające Organizatorowi przeprowadzenie zawodów.
W przypadku wystąpienia zdarzeń, które nie wynikają z winy Organizatora, uczestnikom nie będzie przysługiwał zwrot wpisowego ani żadnych kosztów poniesionych przez zawodnika, a związanych ze startem w zawodach.
Organizator ma prawo do nie przyjęcia rejestracji danej osoby bez podania powodu.
Uczestnik nie przestrzegający niniejszego regulaminu może zostać zdyskwalifikowany.
Użytkowanie wszelkich narzędzi komunikacji, takich jak telefony komórkowe, krótkofalówki, radio itp. oraz odtwarzaczy muzycznych jest zakazane.
Wszyscy uczestnicy zobowiązani są do zachowania odstępów w odległości minimum 12 metrów pomiędzy jadącymi rowerzystami.
W przypadku awarii roweru w trakcie przejazdu należy usunąć się wraz z nim na pobocze drogi w ten sposób, aby nie zakłócić przebiegu wyścigu.
Udział w Pasta Party dla zawodników jest bezpłatny. Wstęp na odprawę techniczną oraz pasta party możliwy jest za okazaniem opaski zawodnika otrzymanej w biurze zawodów podczas weryfikacji.
Organizator posiada ubezpieczenie OC imprezy. Zawodnicy mają możliwość ubezpieczenia się od NNW we własnym zakresie.
W czasie trwania zawodów organizator zapewnia opiekę medyczną.

Wszystkie sprawy sporne powstałe podczas zawodów, rozpatrywać będzie komisja sędziowska.

Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za sprzęt pozostawiony bez nadzoru.

Participants registering for the event by filling out the registration form on the event website confirm their knowledge and acceptance of the regulations and agree to the unlimited territorial and time-based publication of their image captured in photos or videos from the competition, as well as their name and surname on promotional and advertising materials of the organizer for the promotion of JBL Triathlon Sieraków and the Ciech Tri Tour event series.
Each competitor is required to have a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either a one-time or annual license.
A participant may compete in both the relay and individual events simultaneously, provided that they pay the entry fee for both competitions.

Force majeure is understood as any external, sudden event that cannot be prevented, in particular: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, a state of emergency, an epidemic, a pandemic, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, water levels in the reservoir preventing swimming, new legal acts, or administrative decisions preventing the Organizer from conducting the competition. In the event of occurrences mentioned in the preceding sentence, which are not the fault of the Organizer, Participants shall not be entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any costs incurred by the competitor related to participation in the aforementioned competition.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration of a given person without providing a reason.
A participant who does not comply with these regulations may be disqualified.

The Organizer is not responsible for equipment or other belongings left unattended at the competition site or lost by competitors.
In case of theft or damage to equipment, each competitor is required to report this to a representative of the Organizer and the police. Such a report must be made before retrieving the equipment and leaving the transition zone.
Participants are required to strictly follow the instructions and orders of the Organizer and any security and safety personnel during the event.
Participants are fully financially responsible for any damages they cause at the event venue to other participants as well as damages to the Organizer’s property or property under the Organizer’s management.
The Organizer has the right to exclude a competitor from the competition if their behavior poses a threat to other participants or disrupts the proper course of the competition.
It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume any intoxicants, illegal substances, alcohol, or substances that could enhance an athlete’s performance at the competition site under penalty of disqualification.
The Organizer has the right to make changes to the Regulations provided that participants are informed of these changes in writing or, at the latest, during the technical briefing before the start of the competition.
The intention to receive a VAT invoice must be reported immediately during the event registration process via the appropriate field in the registration form.
Collection of race packets is only possible during the official opening hours of the competition office. Race packets that are not collected within the office hours will not be issued or mailed at a later date.
The Organizer prohibits the transfer of a race packet to another person after it has been collected by the rightful owner at the competition office. The Organizer is not responsible for the consequences of transferring a race packet to another person after it has been collected from the office.
The lost and found office operates up to 30 days after the competition ends. Found items will be sent at the participant’s expense.
Each participant is responsible for covering the costs of their race packet, travel, accommodation, and meals at their own expense.
The interpretation of the Regulations belongs to the Organizer.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the Organizer has the final say.

3. Date, Distance, Course
The competition will take place on May 31, 2024, race start: 9:00 AM, rolling start.
The starting point is located on the beach by Lake Jaroszewskie – shore start.
The finish line is located on the athletics stadium track of TKKF in Sieraków.
Part I of the competition:
Swimming 475 m (Lake Jaroszewskie), 1 lap.
Expected water temperature: 16°C.
Time limit for completing the swimming section – 75 minutes.
Part II of the competition:
Cycling 22.5 km (1 lap x 22.5 km, route: TKKF Center, Poznańska Street, Sieraków, Góra, Kurnatowice, Kwilcz, and Grobia) – moderately hilly course.

HELMET MANDATORY. The entire course will be closed to traffic.
The race follows a no-drafting format – cycling less than 12 meters behind another competitor is prohibited!
All types of bicycles are allowed.
Time limit for completing swimming and cycling – 1.5 hours.
Part III of the competition:
Running 5.25 km (1 lap).
Surface: forest paths and tartan track.
GPS course measurement.
Time limit for completing the entire race – 2.5 hours.
Each stage is performed by a different person – the start of the next stage takes place after passing the chip band to the next competitor in the transition zone.

1. After completing registration, the payment can be made immediately after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration via the electronic payment system tpay.com.
The entire payment process is arranged with the payment operator, and the contract is concluded with the entity indicated by the payment operator.
2. For competition participants (a participant is understood as a person starting the event who begins the race with the swimming stage), a cycling jersey with the event logo will be provided. The gift is available only to the first 1,000 participants who registered for the event and paid for their race package no later than November 30, 2024.
If the quota of 1,000 participants is reached before November 30, 2024, participants beyond this number who have registered and paid will not receive the gift. Participants who register by November 30 but do not complete the payment will not be eligible for the gift.
The gift is only available to participants who start the competition. Non-starters will not receive the gift, and it cannot be collected by third parties or shipped during or after
5. Refund Policy in Case of Withdrawal:
There is no possibility of a refund if the participant has not purchased withdrawal insurance or opted for a transfer to the following year.
It is possible to pay a withdrawal fee of 20% of the entry fee at the time of registration. The withdrawal fee can only be paid at the time of registration.

no later than: at least 30 days before the race date,
by May 1, 2025, at the latest. Withdrawal requests sent later will not be accepted.
After submitting the withdrawal request, the full paid entry fee, minus the withdrawal insurance, will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of the request. However, we strive to process refunds as soon as possible.
It is not possible to transfer the fee to the following year.
It is not possible to collect the full race package or any of its parts on behalf of another person unless they are the registered participant on the start list.
Unclaimed race packages during the registration office hours will be forfeited.
The fee can be transferred to another participant upon payment of a handling fee of 20 PLN and covering the difference in entry fees up to the current fee tier (as of the date of the data change).
Unclaimed race packages will not be shipped during or after the event and will be forfeited.

7. Awards
Teams that place 1st-3rd in the men’s, women’s, or mixed relay classifications will receive trophies for each team member.
Each race finisher will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line.
Trophies can only be collected during the awards ceremony at the end of the event.

8. Participation Conditions
The right to participate in the competition is granted to individuals who will be at least 18 years old on May 31, 2025, and who present an identity document during verification, pay the entry fee, and sign a statement confirming that they are participating voluntarily.
Athletes registering for the event by completing the registration form on the event website confirm their knowledge of and acceptance of the regulations and agree to the unlimited territorial and time-based publication of their image contained in photos or videos from the event, as well as their name and surname in promotional and advertising materials of the organizer as part of the promotion of the JBL Triathlon Sieraków event and the Ciech Tri Tour series.
Each participant is required to have a valid Polish Triathlon Association license – either a single-use or annual license.
Athletes are allowed to compete both in the relay and individually at the same time. The condition is that they must pay the entry fee for both competitions.
Prohibited Substances, Doping.
The use of doping is strictly prohibited.
Athletes found to have used doping will be subject to accountability under the rules and procedures outlined by the Polish Anti-Doping Agency.
Every participant is required to undergo anti-doping control during and outside of the competition in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sports (Journal of Laws of May 31, 2017).
9. Registration, Start List
After completing the registration, the payment for the race package can be made immediately after registration or by logging into the registration panel using the login and password provided during registration via the electronic payment system tpay.com.
After filling out the registration form and paying the entry fee, the participant will be placed on the start list.
The date of registration is determined by the date of the entry fee payment, which is understood as the date the payment is credited to the organizer’s account.
A limit applies to the number of teams – 50 relays (including men’s, women’s, and mixed teams).
Registrations are accepted until April 30, 2025, unless the maximum number of participants on the start list is reached earlier.
10. Results
Official results will be published on the organizer’s official website triathlonsierakow.pl.

The legal basis for processing participants’ personal data is Article 23(1)(3) of the Personal Data Protection Act and Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract (acceptance of the Regulations and registration for the competition constitutes contract conclusion).
Personal data of competition participants will be processed for contract fulfillment, i.e., for organizing, preparing, conducting, and promoting the competition.
Processing also includes communication with the participant via email or SMS to the addresses or numbers provided during registration.
Data processing also includes publishing the participant’s image, name, and surname, as well as competition results.
Providing personal data mentioned in points 3 and 4 and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but lack of consent prevents participation in the competition.

The administrator will not transfer data to third parties unless necessary for contract fulfillment or based on participant consent or applicable legal provisions.
The administrator declares that security measures are in place to protect personal data from loss, destruction, and unauthorized modification.
12. Final Remarks
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, change the start time, interrupt, or cancel the Competition due to force majeure. Force majeure is understood as any external, sudden event that cannot be prevented, in particular: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, a state of emergency, an epidemic, a pandemic, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, water levels in the reservoir preventing swimming, new legal acts, or administrative decisions preventing the Organizer from conducting the competition. In the event of occurrences mentioned in the preceding sentence, which are not the fault of the Organizer, Participants shall not be entitled to a refund of the entry fee or any costs incurred by the competitor related to participation in the aforementioned competition.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration of a given person without providing a reason.
A participant who does not comply with these regulations may be disqualified.
The use of any communication devices such as mobile phones, walkie-talkies, radios, etc., as well as music players, is prohibited.
All participants are required to maintain a minimum distance of 12 meters between cyclists.
In the event of a bicycle failure during the race, the participant must move to the roadside with their bicycle in such a way as not to disrupt the race.
Participation in the Pasta Party is free for competitors. Admission to the technical briefing and Pasta Party is only possible upon presenting the participant’s wristband received at the competition office during verification.
The Organizer has liability insurance for the event. Participants have the option to insure themselves against personal accidents at their own expense.
During the competition, the Organizer provides medical care. The decisions of the medical staff regarding the continuation or necessity of withdrawal from the race are final, and the competitor is obliged to comply with them.
The competition will be conducted according to the rules of the Polish Triathlon Association, the Ciech Tri Tour regulations, and these regulations.
All disputes arising during the competition will be reviewed by the judging panel.
A participant has the right to file a protest within 2 hours of disqualification or completion of the competition upon payment of a deposit of 100 PLN. If the protest is deemed valid by the chief judge of the competition, the deposit will be refunded.
The Organizer is not responsible for equipment or other belongings left unattended at the competition site or lost by competitors.
In case of theft or damage to equipment, each competitor is required to report this to a representative of the Organizer and the police. Such a report must be made before retrieving the equipment and leaving the transition zone.
Participants are required to strictly follow the instructions and orders of the Organizer and any security and safety personnel during the event.
Participants are fully financially responsible for any damages they cause at the event venue to other participants as well as damages to the Organizer’s property or property under the Organizer’s management.

5. Refund of the Athlete’s Package Fee in Case of Withdrawal:
It is possible to pay a withdrawal fee at the price of 20% of the athlete’s package fee. The withdrawal fee can only be paid at the time of registration for the event.
A 100% refund of the registration fee applies to the purchased package (registration fee) and does not include a refund of any additional fees paid by the athlete (including the withdrawal fee).

The full refund of the athlete’s package fee (excluding additional fees incurred) will be made to the account from which the payment was made within 60 days of receiving the request.
In cases other than those indicated above, no refund of the athlete’s package fee will be granted in case of withdrawal from the competition, regardless of the reason or timing.
It is not possible to transfer the fee to another participant.
The athlete’s package must be collected by the parent or legal guardian of the registered child upon presentation of both their own and the child’s identification documents.
The athlete’s package can only be collected during the race office’s working hours on Friday (during the specified hours listed in the competition schedule).
Unclaimed packages after the deadline – WILL BE FORFEITED.
Any package not collected before the start of the event will be forfeited.
Account for payments:
After completing the registration form on the website, the person registering the child will receive an individual payment link for the child.
It is not possible to pay for another participant using the payment link provided during registration.
A child’s registration for the event must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
After completing the registration form and paying the entry fee, the participant will be placed on the start list.
If a participant withdraws after making a payment, the entry fee is non-refundable.
The payment cannot be transferred to another person.

7. Participation Conditions
Any child born between 2011 and 2021 may participate in the event.
Participation in the event requires the parent to sign a statement confirming the child’s health condition allows them to take part in the race, and that the child is competing under the parent’s responsibility.
Registrations are accepted via the registration form available on the event’s official website.
All participants must be verified at the Race Office before the event.
During verification, participants should present a student ID or another document to confirm their personal details and age.
A parent/legal guardian registering their child for the children’s race and signing the declaration confirms that the child’s health condition allows them to participate in sports competition involving intense physical effort. The parent also acknowledges that they permit their child to participate in the event at their own responsibility.
In the event that any medical assistance is required during the race, decisions made by the medical staff regarding the continuation of the competition should be considered final.
Participants registering for the event by completing the registration form on the official event website confirm their knowledge and acceptance of the regulations and consent to the publication of their image, name, and surname in promotional and advertising materials of the organizer for the promotion of the JBL Triathlon Sieraków event.
The starter package includes:

8. Registration, Start List
After completing the registration form available on the website triathlonsierakow.pl
and paying the entry fee, the participant will be placed on the start list.
The registration date is determined by the date of payment of the entry fee, which is understood as the date the fee is credited to the Organizer’s bank account. All costs related to the payment of the entry fee are covered by the payer.

The provision of personal data mentioned in points 3 and 4, as well as consent to their processing, is voluntary. However, due to the nature of the contract’s purpose, failure to provide the data or refusal to consent to its processing or the publication of the participant’s image will prevent participation in the event.
The personal data of event participants will be used in accordance with the terms specified in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1–88, GDPR), the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data, other applicable legal regulations, and the Event Regulations.

11. Final Remarks
The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, change the route, change the start time, interrupt, or cancel the Event due to force majeure. Force majeure shall be understood as any external, sudden event that cannot be prevented, in particular: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, a state of emergency, an epidemic, a pandemic, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, new legal acts, or administrative decisions that prevent the Organizer from conducting the competition. In the event of the occurrence of circumstances referred to in point 2, which do not result from the fault of the Organizer, Participants shall not be entitled to a refund of the entry fee.
A cycling helmet is mandatory. All participants must wear a cycling helmet throughout the entire cycling route.
In the event of a bicycle malfunction during the race, participants must move to the roadside with their bicycle in a way that does not disrupt the competition and the start of other participants.
After finishing the competition, participants will have the opportunity to use showers in the sanitary building near the finish line.
The event will be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Polish Triathlon Association and these rules.
The Organizer has liability insurance. Participants are responsible for insuring themselves against accidents (NNW) at their own expense.
Participation in the Pasta Party is free of charge for participants. Access to the technical briefing and the Pasta Party is granted only upon presenting the participant’s wristband received at the race office during verification.
The Organizer provides medical assistance during the event.
Prizes and diplomas can only be collected during the final awards ceremony of the event.
Matters not covered by these regulations shall be decided by the Organizer.
The final interpretation of the regulations belongs to the Organizer.
Any disputes arising during the competition will be resolved by the jury panel.
A parent or legal guardian registering a child for the event declares that the condition of the bicycle the participant will be using is good and, from a technical standpoint, does not pose a risk to the participant or other children.
The Organizer is not responsible for participants’ equipment or any other items left unattended at the competition venue.
Participants must strictly follow the instructions and orders of the Organizer and any relevant services responsible for security and safety during the event.
The participant (parent or legal guardian) assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by them at the event venue, both to other participants and to the Organizer’s property or property under the Organizer’s management.
The Organizer has the right to disqualify a participant if their behavior poses a threat to other competitors or disrupts the proper conduct of the competition.
