In all distances, athletes will complete a single loop. The water exit will be located at the TKKF sports center, where staff will assist athletes in exiting the water efficiently. The distance from the water exit to the transition zone is approximately 250 meters. Athletes will run on concrete slabs and cobblestones. Where necessary, rubber mats and carpets will be laid out.
The route starts at the TKKF center in Sieraków and leads towards the town. Before reaching the town, it makes two left turns to circle Lake Jaroszewskie, where the swimming segment took place earlier. The course profile is quite varied for the Wielkopolska region, ensuring that covering the distance remains engaging. Along the way, athletes can admire additional lakes—after all, this is the "Land of 100 Lakes." The entire route consists of high-quality asphalt. Each loop features two aid stations, allowing athletes to replenish drinks and nutrition every 11 km.
The route starts at the TKKF stadium and initially follows a sidewalk and a path through the TKKF resort cottages before transitioning into forest trails. After about one kilometer, the route joins a cobblestone bike path, then turns left into the forest again after 500 meters. The course continues on forest trails before briefly passing near the transition zone for the next loop. Around the 2.5 km mark, athletes will pass an aid station. The course profile is highly varied, with 90% of the route running through forest trails of mixed terrain. The run features numerous ascents and descents with small to moderate inclines. Most of the course is shaded from direct sunlight. It is recommended to wear shoes with a deeper tread and a sturdy structure.
